Meet Richard House.
It's all about the relationship with my clients — meeting their needs and helping to solve their problems.
Working with clients to navigate the ins-and-outs of their legal matters with confidence is where my 15+ years of courtroom and practice experience come into play.
My goal is to empower you to take full control of your case — before the legal system does.
My practice areas are limited to criminal defense, divorce and family law, personal injury, social security disability, and worker's compensation. I also limit the number of clients I work with at any given time, so that I can dedicate my time, attention, and resources fully to my clients.
How I work for you.
As a client, here's what you can expect:
I will present all options for solving your legal concerns and constantly remind you that YOU are the boss.
I will do my best to translate "legal speak" to eliminate any confusion that I can from the equation.
I will be 100% accessible throughout the process to ensure all expectations are communicated, so that you have peace of mind knowing what's coming next.
I strive to be a calm, compassionate counselor — but I am also focused, meticulous, and relentless in the court room or any legal proceeding.
We will establish a written agreement on services you need and payment, so you know exactly what to expect in the way of fees.
I am always front and center in your case; there will be no hand-offs to junior associates or assistants to handle the heavy lifting.
When you're ready to take the first step, call me for a no-cost discussion of your legal challenges. I'll listen, answer your questions, and discuss your options.
